Paris Fashion Week A/W 2011- Nicola Formechetti's first womens wear collection for Mugler and Lady Gaga walks in her first Paris Fashion Week Fashion Show and she steals the show

A phenomenal futuristic collection from Nicola Formechetti for Mugler. It was sensational with the patent leather pants, tops and bras. This was a show stopping collection that was filled of character, enteratinment and clogthing set for the future. Lady Gaga who wore 2 outfits, first in a Her outfit: a black pantsuit with the exaggerated, peaked shoulders that design superstar Thierry Mugler made famous in the eighties, accompanied here by a pair of positively towering platform stilettos. it in molded black bra, sheer bodysuit, and long black hobble skirt. She sported platinum-blond extensions underneath a triangle hat, he pop icon came back later for another round all in white—corset, bodysuit, long skirt, and a stole that she flicked and twirled like a whip. In between, her supporting cast appeared in see-through knits and latex pants, furs with the Mugler shoulders, body-stocking dresses with sheer insets on the torso, and pieces of wearable sculpture by Rein Vollenga.
The show to me needed a bit more lighting to see the pieces a bit more but all in all what a great way for Formechetti to set the bar for his first womans wear collection for Mugler.
